hi guys, juz a summary for th 2 team meetings held for th last 2 trng, 20th n 27th jan, for th benefit of those who din go for th trng...

20Jan:
-decided that only those who goes for trng regularly will be contacted for trng, for those who keep skipping, im nt gna bother wasting sms to find u again..
-match after CT1, after 22feb, those who goes trng regularly will be considered first for matches, irregardless of skill levels
-DO NOT fight among each other in trng over stupid stuff yeah? very very impt..a team without teamwork n understanding is a team who would be better off gg and die ~ haha
AND th most impt part is, every1 in th team is equal, im th same as u guys, im juz there to do th shit job, contact u guys for trng..

27Jan:
-please be more serious during trng! i know some of us cant help it but joke, but yah pls look ad th situation, i dont tink u should be laughing when u let in goals etc
-th team SOCCER balls shall be kept by different ppl every week, following Liverpool's rotation policy k
-NO more fining of ppl, we are a leisure team, its up to u guys whether u want to come or not. i do not want to force u all anymore. YES REALLY NO MORE FINES !

Th main part of today's meeting is, i think u guys should relax abit during trng, as in juz relax, th scoreline in th trng's match doesnt matter that much. If you guys cant take losing in trng, den how am i to let u all go out and play others. i feel that losing in real matches is much more heartbreaking den losing in trng..my suggestion is to take it easy in trng..its a bigger stake in real matches den in trng..

And for those who are recently missing trng because of hw..theres sat + sun morn for u to do th hw, if you, for eg JingHui, have tuition and rlly lack time, pls do tell me, i will understand.


Those with the team balls, pls really, u must bring to trng. We wont win matches if all we do in trng is juz to kick arnd..

Okay, this is for those who do not attend trng regularly, th rest..u can close th window already..u know who u are so yah...

I dont know what to do wif u guys..all i can say is..matches ur 100% gna be there, trngs ur rarely to be found..u guys juz tink over it..and decide whether u want to commit to us or juz leave th team. It's up to u..think it over carefully yeah?

As for those who want to come back for trng only now because there's a match, i suggest u think it over properly, are u coming juz because there's a match or because u rlly want to be serious with us..Im really really sick of chasing u guys to go for trng..







Alright guys, this is it..th match after CT1 might be our last..or ad most 2nd last..and we are all gna focus on our Os..lets juz do our best for these last few months..work hard in trng and win those matches !!!

and lastly, i wna thank those guys who go to every trng w/o fail or ad least will have valid reason...
